Well today is my fortnightly trip to social security....fortunately I have a long list of unsuccessful applications for jobs to shove in their face, hopefully enough to keep them off of my back until next time, who knows perhaps there won't be a next time!
I have to confess to be struggling with posting of late, not because I don't want to and not even because I don't have lots to choose from and lots to process. Perhaps you get the same, you look at stuff so much that you feel like you have seen it a million times and so see everything as shit.....tonight has been terrible, I have been sat here for way too long pissing around with stuff then making a mess of images and so deleting them. Now I'm confused and tired, thankfully not pissed so my head is at least semi clear. So I'll post you a colour image from the recent trip to Crete, just as a break from the black and white. The larger Cretan cemeteries can be a little cold and uninteresting but this one in the centre of Aghios Nikolaos (Άγιος Νικόλαος) which is quite close to where we stay is quite nice. I was drawn to these large carved heads on this tomb. A friend told us these were important people...can't remember why, doesn't really matter I guess. I have managed to find an aerial view of the cemetery, you can see it in the centre of the image. As you can see this one is right by the sea...not a bad place to rest your bones!

OK I thought a little blatant self promotion was in order, so I have posted a photo over at JPG Mag if you dig it then tell them!

BBC correspondent Alan Johnston was abducted in Gaza on 12th March 2007. Why not sign the Petition in the hope that it will assist with his early release.
