Shit not being employed is seriously effecting what I have to talk about! I have no server to rant about, I'm not effected by the weather or getting to work, I have no reason to be tired, no one is on my back, I can have coffee whenever I want, I can sit around in my pants all day...that's underpants for all you new world lovelies! I seem to have only the cat to disgust on a regular basis. Sports seems permanently at my finger tips. I get to moan now at the rising price of groceries and utility bills. I'm working at getting on first name terms with the postman and the window cleaner although they seem slightly disturbed by it. I am slightly worried as to my neighbours business....Paul is off to Spain for a week but being single I feel I ought to worry about whether he has enough clean clothes and in particular underwear....he really needs to give a good impression to the Spanish. As for Sue the other side, her house seems to have been on the market for a while and I need to catch up on how it's going....if they visit this blog I am fucked basically! Perhaps I ought to say sorry now!
The conversion of the former hotel across the road into rather nice flats is a cause for concern due to the roadworks that seem to be on going at the moment. We have had the water works all week digging up the road and frankly I don't think it is quite warm enough for those boys to be wandering about without shirts on...If I had their mothers phone numbers I would be calling them and questioning their parenting skills. I really had no idea there was so much to worry about. On top of that I did have some chicken stock issues today that fortunately seem to have resolved themselves. A Risotto saved the day supper wise......and now I have bed to dream of.....life is very busy...with absolutely NOTHING!

Today's image is another from my wander around the Motel Xenia...derelict and beautiful. I have since found out it was designed by the architect Aris Konstandinidis (1913-1993). He worked for E.O.T (Greek Tourism Board) between 1957-1967. Today the motel just seems to sit and decay beautifully. I was back there at Easter to try and capture more of it's spirit before it is levelled!. I have even managed to find a decent aerial view of the place. So here is a map of the Motel Xenia. The cross shaped building is the centre of the complex.
