Where has my bloody Internet been all day? It's not enough that I am home but I wake up this morning to find my Internet isn't working. Remove one of my arms.....confiscate all my booze....OOoo steady on. I had to go out taking pictures in the end. I must have made about 30 calls to the bloody company to try and find out what was up, obviously they weren't answering their phones as me and hundreds of others were ringing. you would have thought that a little answer phone message would have done the trick...Oh no, that would be too simple. Anyway I eventually get them to answer only to get some shitty bitch with attitude talking to me like I had interrupted her coffee break tell me it will be back sometime today. She then promptly hung up...cow! If I find out where she lives I'll slash her tyres.

Anyway, the fact I have been able to post this I guess means that they were true to their word. To calm myself I took myself off into the country to take some pretty pictures and I think it was fairly successful, well I guess time will be the judge of that. We went to the coast and it was blowing like nothing on earth.....I was under dressed for the occasion and very cold. I grizzled a lot generally finding lots to be upset about from other drivers to the direction of the wind and even as far as my camera bag constantly slipping off of my shoulder due to a shiny coat. But it was all with a smile and Jan has learned to humour me...well I think that was what she was doing...or was she taking the piss!

One major plus was I had some film back today from the Crete trip. At last, this was the first half of the film the remainder is to be picked up later this week...well I hope so. I must say on first inspection I am pretty happy and in celebration of the fact I am posting one tonight. No map I am afraid as the bloody mapping of Crete is shite but it was taken in a little deserted village which seemed to be inhabited exclusively by goats, either that or there was some guy with a bad throat wandering around with a bell around his neck. Anyway, I hope you like it and well, there will be more to come.
