A quiet day at work was had today, seems odd that I have less than 2 weeks to go before I will be out of work. One of those things where you know it's going to happen but it won't really hit home until the last day I'm trying to keep motivated to do a good job but motivation is in short supply I have to say...still I do what I am paid to do to the best of my ability and at the same time try to remember those toilet breaks. One thing I will miss is the daily lottery of whether I get the bus driver who lets me travel for free or not. In the 6 months we have been at the current location I have never worked out how and when he works but it is a sweet sight to see that bus come over the brow of the hill and that familiar free ride face. Of course we have to go through the ritual of him taking my ticket and pretending to punch it, the first few times I thought he had failing eyesight and had just missed, now I worry that there may be other motives. I've told him about my impending redundancy so who knows he may ask me out on the last ride. I did once snog a guy at a Christmas party so I'm ready for him....quite how much I'll share with you all I'm not sure!

The shot today was taken near the village of Marshfield in South Gloucestershire which is located a few miles north of my house. Here is a map showing you exactly where it was taken should you have an interest.
