The weather has been on the change over the past week. The rain has moved in and there is an all together more autumnal feel in the air. It's funny some farmers cut this stuff roll it and have it under cover in the space of a day or two....then there are fields like this where they go to the trouble of getting it to this point then they forget about it. I have no idea if lots of rain is bad for it, to me it seems that it would be but then all I have to mow is 10 feet of lawn with no cows to feed so as you can see I'm no expert! Common sense does tend to suggest it would be better in the dry.
