I did put this image up on day one of the blog..it was a smaller size and not very attractive, I'll put it down to lack of knowledge. It is one of my personal favourites so I thought i would put it up again having taken a bit of care with it this time...let me know what you think? Perhaps it should had stayed and languished at number one!
The village of Kritsa (Κριτσά) is said to be the largest village in Crete. Easter Sunday sees three churches march through the streets and the priests present a sermon. These are two of the three priests.....it would appear that they are very nice men although you wouldn't think so from this picture. You'll be pleased to know that the congregations mix freely and all seem to be friends! Easter in Crete is like nothing on earth.
